Growing up on stage from the age of five, I loved to sing, dance, and shine. I spent years performing while caring deeply about what others thought of me. After decades of “singing the same old song,” I realized there had to be a more fulfilling way to live.

Reclaiming My Voice

My journey of self-discovery took me on a long path of searching for answers outside myself. In January 2020, a dear friend invited me to a transformative retreat in Waller, TX — the beginning of a massive life shift.

Once, I had given up on my music completely, but through this experience, I reclaimed my voice — both in song and in consciousness.

Today, after five years of studying alongside my mentor and coaching partner Faith Bost, I practice what I preach and preach what I practice. I am a singer/songwriter whose heart beats with joy for conscious creativity and I coach now both on and off stage assisting others in rediscovering the inner creative in them that loves to play.

Through music and coaching, I guide people to reconnect with the sacred within themselves, live with clarity, presence, and joy, and embrace their own creative expression.
